1) grade I ACL, grade II posterior horn of meniscus, changes of osteoarthritis and joint effusion as per 1 MRI on 25th Sep 2016
2) second MRI was done on 19th Feb 2017 which suggested horizontal tear in the posterior horn of medial meniscus
3) Diagnostic Arthroscopy done on 2nd March 2017 still not comfortable
4) As it was not the case of Knee replacement as told by doctors we tried the Generic nerve block therapy which gave me relief from pain and swelling as well. I took two rounds of injections one in the month of November 2016 and second on 28 March 2017.

I would like to see weight bearing x rays, MRI images, Scannogram x ray of both lower limbs.
If the pain is localised medially, with change in mechanical axis, then surgery to make axis normal may help.
It's joint preservation surgery.
