Dizzy feeling & nausea for a couple mins

I had sex for the first time last monday the 1st of January, and I didn’t bleed. Me and my boyfriend had sex again today while we having sex i starts to bleed a lot, so we stopped as soon as i keept walking theres like a massive blood cloth coming out from my vagina. I took a shower while im having a shower i saw there probably like 2Liters of blood i lost, im scared. I don’t want to tell my parents about me losing my virginity.

U must hv had a postcoital tear.. If u r bleeding this much...plz go to a nearby doctor as soon as possible.. U ll require injectable medications..to stop bleeding.. U may need a surgical suturing also
