e took tablets and fever has gone from that she has dizziness very often and at no sleep at night ,Yesterday took her to hospital and doctor said Bp is normal and because of less blood she has problem and now also she has dizziness,please help me

Hi,
She might be having anemia, which can be corrected with supplements.
ENT causes for giddiness also need to be checked.
You can get complete blood count and peripheral smear done to evaluate for anemia and further appropriate management.
