Dizziness, tremor, anxiety, back pain

Hi doctor my both ear pains everyday and i feel dizziness everyday, I'm in depression and anxiety and my both legs, hands and head shakes sometimes and i have a very serious lower back pain and hip pain.. Please help me I'm only 22 years old 😭😭😭
