I had taken covishield vaccine on Thursday and since that night I had fever body pains and high pulse rate.
Now everything is normal but since yesterday I feel dizziness though I sleep well and if I stand for few min my body is having cold sweats
Pls help me out

dont be panic,itz posf vaccination anxiety,maintain proper hydratiom,take pcm 500mg of fever if body pain.
