Dizziness experienced few times in 1week

Asked for Female, 67 Years

Am 67 years old. Take tablets for diabetes and hypothyroidism. Have been asked to take bp tablet stamlo 2.5 in the past 6-8 months. Off late I get dizziness now and then - Sugar has been in 150-250 range whenever I had dizziness which implies its not due to low sugar. Could it be due to bp reduced because of stamlo 2.5 . please advise.
