She had miscarriage recently (10th of this month) of 5 weeks. For one week she lost some blood. She was diagnosed hypothyroidism four months ago and before miscarriage her TSH level went up from 5.45 (last time checked) to 8.2. She is taking thyronorm 75 mcg and also taking iron and b12 supplements daily a dose. But still problem persists. Is above medicine not enough to control symptoms of possible disease like anemia or thyroid etc. or she is having other disease symptoms. Please help

Thyroid supplement may be a little unadjusted. Please consult an endocrinologist. Rule out autoimmune diseases. You can do full autoimmune panel since already had a miscarriage.
Next Steps
See a good physician with empathy. Blood tests would include complete blood count, TSH FT4, ser Ca, vit D3, ANA,anti dsDNA, anti Sm Ab,ECG and echocardiogram.
Health Tips
Help her to regain psycological stability also. I shall be obliged if you let me know what her diagnosis came out to be.
