Diziness and fainted become unconscious.

Bike side stand not opened during parking and it fell on my right foot , after that my skin 1 Inches long and around 2.5 inches wide got peeled but blood not came, so i rushed to nearby medical and applied betadine within 5 minutes of injury, but i haven't got tetanus injection, because i was thinking i have already taken within 6 months, but i am not sure about month may be it is taken within one year or less. But after 4th night of injury at 2 am in night i suddenly woke up and was heavily sweating and had a feeling to go washroom, but i was trying to open door handle but everything was blank in my eyes, and i fainted and fell unconscious for few minutes, later after conscious everything was fine. Why this happened to me, i have no history of BP or anything but after this injury everytime in my mind is running that maybe i have infected with tetanus and i will die.
