Dizziness and blood from ear

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I had fever from the past 4 days however the fever subsided yesterday but still I feel dizzy and I spotted a drop of blood today from my left ear. Clinical history- 7 years back my eardrum was ruptured due to an infection which did not heal on its own so Dr recommended surgery. I haven't undergone surgery yet. In this 7 years except for 2 occasion I never had an episode of infection.

Chance of infections or ear discharge is more in pre-existing perforation.. need to be evaluated by otoscopy.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
