Hello Respected Doctors,
I was prescribed Diva OD 500 but brought Diva 500 by mistake. Are they same or I need to replace them. Pls guide. Regards

Diva OD 500 and Diva 500 both contain divalproex sodium 500 mg, but Diva OD is an extended-release (once-daily) formulation, while Diva 500 is usually an immediate/delayed-release tablet. They are not exactly the same and are not interchangeable without dose adjustment.
