Disturbed and not straight chin
In childhood I fell down from 1st floor of my house and my chin broke out. The doctor did not do his work well and disturbed my chin and jaw. At this time my chin is not straight and I can't open my mouth full. I am 23 now can I go for an operation or surgery. Can I hope any improvement.

Fractured jaw bone at young age and reduced mouth opening suggests some disorder of TMJ (Joint which connects the upper and lower jaw). Although chin repositioning is very much possible but attending your reduced mouth opening problem is equally important and is also treatable by doing a surgery of the Joint.
Next Steps
Get the necessary x-ray (Digital OPG) done for diagnosis. Further investigation will be better advised by the attending dentist.
Health Tips
Although not a rule of thumb but the amount of mouth opening reduces with postponing of treatment.
