Hello, Bleeding will stop definitely on its own. But you need to get a consultancy and an X-ray done to see if the fall caused a trauma to the upper front tooth. It’s the primary step that you should follow.

Nothing to panic. The bleeding will stop. Is the tooth shaking ? If so it will settle down soon : but you need to get the child for consultation or get in touch with us for a video consultation where we can guide you accordingly .
Next Steps
Contact us for a video / direct consultation, take X-ray if required , prescribe medication if necessary
