This Is a Articular Fracture. Needs anatomical. Reduction with rigid fixation to avoid arthritis later. 100% surgery for me. .

If it’s a displaced and Intra articular extension fracture then surgery ... this is very difficult to comment regarding the mode of treatment unless you see the X Ray .. In my opinion most of the distal radius fracture can be treated with close reduction and plaster application which gives satisfactory result most of the time Regard Dr D K Das
