Grade 3 comminuted fractures take time to heal. Your fracture is in process of union, major butterfly fragment has united , there s union of front vortex too. There s a gap in back cortex. But I believe you can still wait for two three months for any surgical procedure. If no pain then weight bearing can be done and gradually progress to full weight

Can wait for another 3 months. Fracture is uniting. Don't weight bear fully as yet. Follow up with your surgeon. If you are a smoker avoid smoking
