Dear Sir, its 5 months since you had a compound injury, even in a close injury we expect healing in 4 to 5 months and compound case take about double the time, moreover in your X rays I can see bridging, you can wait till a few months more, can walk but do not overstress, no smoking. Drugs like teraparatide are still controversial in non osteoporotic bones and are too costly, the gold standard will be to get it grafted, if you have any issue after 2 to 3 months more. So just let nature heal.

Bone grafting would be an ideal option but if you do not want it you can start taking Inj Terriparatide for 3 months. It may help in fracture healing
