It’s healing and bone formation is there. As there was a big butterfly fragment it’s healing slowly. It should get better further. Keep on bending your knee and hip to exercise your muscles.

It is not a distal femur fracture it is a femur shaft fracture.
Healing is there but it is very poor. Might require bone grafting
