Dissociation (i think)
I’ve been experiencing a weird feeling - when i talk to people it feels as if i’m not there, almost as if i’m witnessing the conversation rather than being in it. i’m also misplacing things which isn’t like me and finding them ages later in plain sight. i read up about disassociation and it matches how i’ve been feeling and what i’ve been experiencing

These physiological transient dissociation experiences r known to occur in every one. It's  a common phenomenon. It's not an illness. If it becomes persistent and if bothers ur daily life den consult a psychiatrist.
