Vegetables should be washed in water for atleast 10 mins or you may let them sit in water for a hour Wash the food packets with soap and water or just disinfect  them with a sanitizer same goes with the medicine strips Avoid touching any external surface such as gates door knobs etc Don't shake hands or have physical contact with any other person
Health Tips
Wear maks while going outside and Carry a bottle of sanitizer with you Don't go out unecssarily until it's urgent

Hello, 1. Wash all Vegetables and fruits thoroughly under running water for a minute. Wash your own hands with soap and water immediately afterwards. 2. For surfaces like medicine strips and boxes Alcohol based sanitizer with atleast 70% alcohol is effective. 3. For other household surfaces you can use diluted bleach( sodium hypochlorite) or surface disinfectants commercially available. Thank you! Stay safe!
