Disequilibrium of balance,Flickering eye
Hi doctor i am male of 27 years, 2 years ago i got bronchitis and feeling of something stuck behind throat, After that i had treatment for that, since 9 months i am feeling sudden episode of vertigo it not a proper vertigo but a sensation in head like its flushing kind of disequilibrium i saw many doctors like Pulmonologist he suggested for MRI of sinuses that was clear, Cardiologist since my cholestrol are high, Done with stres echo that normal after that i came in a contact with ENT specialist, He asked about symptoms as i had diziness spinning sensation, along with a ringing sound in ears, he gave medicines it get normal but after i left medicines it again starts, not by itself it got normal for past 3 months, But again from last 5 days i am feeling same thing, Involuntary movemnt of chin, heavy and Flickered eyes as if unable to concentrate, ear ringing, Shortness of breath, Can you please suggest what problem it can be as after google it many says that can be brain problem?

You need to see some nearby ENT/neurologist (experienced in treating vertigo) in person as it requires proper clinical examination to diagnose and treat vertigo. Dont depend on teleconsultion for this problem.

Hi , as per your symptoms you are having tinnitus , vertigo and uneasiness. This can be due to vestibular neuritis which is of viral cause and happens after a episode of URTI. If you take labyrinthine sedatives which you must had been prescribed , it gets subsided.  But there is a chance of recurrence.  It takes time to recover completely.  You might have to take meds for a longer duration.
