Discomfortness in left hand and left leg
From the last 4 days i am having discomfortness in left hand & left leg . Continuing with some numbness in left leg Nd left hand as well. Please guide me in this regard whether this is a serious condition or something else.Before this symptoms before one day i had eaten nothing except water and had eaten food on 12' o clock at night. I am 23 years old having a sedentary lifestyle.

With out any prexisting disease it may just be your feeling. One day without any solid food nothing is going to happen. Drink plenty of water. Take well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Do regular physical exercises for atleast 1 hour daily.
