Discomfort while passing urine.abdominal
I am experiencing discomfort (not pain) while passing urine & sometimes I have the urge to urinate.i have lower back pain & there is pain in the abdominal area just above the testicles & in the abdominal area. The urinalysis report doesnt detect anything abnormal.The usg of lower abdomen also shows no abnormality.urine color is yellol.please advise

Get a clinical examination done by a urologist to detect any clinical changes in the lower abdomen and inguinal areas. Symptomatic drug flavoxate 200 mg thrice daily  for5 days may help in reducing the urge. Few special investigation after clinical examination may be required
