Discomfort in neck, lower jaw and chest

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Dear Doctor, My wife is having some discomfort in the neck and lower Jaw areas for some 3 months now Due to the Covid situation we have not consulted any doctors so far. She says there is no pain but she could observe some differences. She feels that these areas are kind of heavy. We have taken a thyroid test. Attaching report for your reference. And while lying down she is always feeling some discomfort in the chest areas. Could you please let know the possible reasons and the let know the further consultation steps if required.

Is she having just pain in neck n near jaw or difficulty in swallowing also? Did she had fever , bodyache in recent past? What type of difficulty she develop when she lying down breathing or just pain ??
