Discomfort in left abdomen area

Asked for Female, 36 Years

Attached is USG report of my sister. Is it serious? Our GP has prescribed Agifix 200 LB, Alenfur, Stanac PT and Floblis syrup. She is feeling constipated, low urine flow and pain in mid of left thigh. If any further test required?

It is better she gets a CT scan with contrast ( CT urography) to rule out ureteric stone / stricture.
