Discomfort in calf muscles
My wife is feeling discomfort in calf muscles sometime below the knees every alternate day. Shes experiencing this since last 2-3 months . No severe pain. When some massage is done she feels better. It usually happens when she woke up from the sleep or at the end of the day.

Most likely muscle cramps can be due to various reasons. Continue massage and need to get blood work up done. Eat more of milk and dairy products. Green leafy veggies in diet. Thanks
