I had 4.75 mm midline utricle prostatic cyst in 2023 ,found during USG , USG was done because at that time I had abdominal discomfort , after antibiotics that discomfort was gone away. Again In 2025 Dec I felt same condition , I went for USG , midline utricle prostatic cyst was 6mm . I consult Ayurvedic Doctor for medicine and started the medicine from 12 Dec 2025 . All discomfort was gone away , I am feeling good . I am using this medicine from 22 days. Only 7 to 8 days medicine is left now so as to complete 1 month & it will take 7 days to reach here medicine parcel.
I felt less urine output by taking these medicines and body weakness . I wanna change this prescription , should I stop this medicines and go for USG after completing 1 month or Should I continue the same medicine.

Iâll be direct and calm.

## What you were prescribed (decoded simply)
You are taking **A LOT of drying, detoxifying medicines together**:
### Churnas
1. **Vasti Shodhak Churna**
â Strongly cleansing, drying, increases urine manipulation
2. **Rejuva Churna**
â General tonic (mild)
3. **Yashtimadhu compound**
â Cooling, protective (good)
4. **Ashwagandha Ghan Sattva**
â Strength, stress relief (good)
5. **Yakrada Churna**
â Liver stimulant, drying
### Tablets
6. **Vriddhivadhika Vati**
â Specifically for prostatic/utricle issues (OK short term)
7. **Granthi Rog Har Guggulu**
â Strong anti-cyst, anti-granthi, **very drying & heating**
8. **Arogya Dayini Vati**
â Detox + liver, again drying
---
## Why you are now feeling:
* â **Reduced urine output**
* â **Body weakness**
Because:
â¡ï¸ You are on **multiple shodhana (cleansing, drying, heating) drugs at once**
â¡ï¸ For a **very small (6 mm), benign, non-obstructive cyst**
This is **OVER-TREATMENT** at this stage.
Your symptoms have already resolved â that means the goal is achieved.
---
## Now the most important part: WHAT TO DO
### ð´ Clear answer
ð **STOP these medicines NOW.**
Do **NOT** wait to âcomplete 1 monthâ.
You have already taken **22 days**, which is **more than sufficient**.
Continuing further risks:
* Vata aggravation
* Urinary dryness
* Weakness
* Anxiety
* Electrolyte imbalance
There is **NO benefit** in pushing further.
---
## â Should you wait for the new parcel and continue?
â **NO. Do not continue the same prescription.**
The parcel arriving in 7 days is **not needed**.
---
## â Should you do USG immediately after stopping?
â **No need immediately.**
### Correct timing:
â **Repeat USG after 4â6 weeks of stopping medicines**
Why?
* Right now inflammation has just settled
* Early USG can show small variations and increase anxiety
* The cyst size does **not change rapidly**
---
## What to do for the next 2 weeks (VERY IMPORTANT)
### â Recover hydration & strength
* Drink water **as per thirst**, not forcefully
* Add:
* 1â2 tsp **ghee daily**
* Coconut water 3â4Ã/week
* Warm, simple food
* Avoid:
* Spicy food
* Excess tea/coffee
* Dry snacks
### â No medicines needed right now
Let the body stabilize.
---
## Reassurance you need to hear clearly
* A **midline prostatic utricle cyst of 6 mm is NOT dangerous**
* Growth from 4.75 â 6 mm in **2 years is clinically insignificant**
* It does **NOT turn cancerous**
* It does **NOT require continuous medication**
* Many people live lifelong with these without issues
Your **symptoms were inflammatory**, not structural â and they are gone.
That means **treatment has done its job**.
---
## When would medicine be needed again?
ONLY if you develop:
* Burning urination
* Recurrent pain
* Fever
* Difficulty urinating
* Weak stream consistently
If none of these occur â **observation only**.
---
## Final, clear decision summary
âï¸ Stop medicines now
âï¸ Do NOT continue the same prescription
âï¸ Restore strength for 2â4 weeks
âï¸ Repeat USG after 4â6 weeks
âï¸ No panic, no aggressive treatment
If you want, after your next USG you can share:
* Prostate size
* Any urinary symptoms (if present)
Iâll tell you honestly whether **any medicine is needed at all** â often the best treatment here is *no treatment*.
