I ahve done many test Like blood test Endoscopy 2D echo And ecg all are normal Having pain in chest and back ... I fvi eat pain killer the pain is getting lower but when I twist my body with tightness I feel mild pain below left side what shoul I do ...it may be realted to cancer or something... Else Age 24
