Discoloration on face

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi, my age is 28 and weight is 53. my skin is very dry and sensitive. Due to dry skin my skin on face is getting uneven. Am facing with very very light white spot from long time and just now below the right eye bone thr is one small brown spot which has formed now. And also dye to dryness face is getting saggy, fine lines around eye. Have tried many dermatology and all suggested me some moisturizing but nothing worked out.
