Discoloration & Swelling in Ankle & Feet

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Dear Doctors, I have discoloration in both of my legs from 2 yrs and even my father also having the samr ( 2nd image) Also,Some kind of swelling on my leg ( 1st image) and I'm bit worried but when I touch on that swelling I feel pain. Could you tell me what is that swelling? Hospitals are not allowing patients now ..can u pls suggest what needs to be done. God bless you all 🙏
