  4. Discolor of my skin. What shall i do.

Discolor of my skin
I am suffering of atopic dermitis. I was asked to apply clobestasal propionate & salicylic acid ointment. Ablosol - S 6%. After month I noticed that upper layer of my skin was just easily removed only by scrubbing by hands. Later on I noticed that skin was too doscolored. Is it because of side effects. What shall I do.
