Disc prolapse
My mother suffering disc prolapse pbl for this pbl needs any surgery. Recently we contacted neurosurgeon he said 50/50 chances for surgery it's required or not and he written some medicines and suggested for physiotherapy, when my mother daughter doing some physiotherapy exercises she suffering from pain can we stop exercise.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. First get the MRI done and consult the physiotherapist. There may not be immediate pain relief but further treatment depends upon results
