This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However
I would like to examine & investigate you in detail.
-Control Hypertension, Diabetes or metabolic disorder, if there is any.
-Any way it may be tried,
--. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days.
--. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days.
-(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.)
--. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
--. Use no pillow under the head.
--. Avoid painful acts & activities.
-- .Do mild exercises for the affected part.( back and lower limbs).

Then you should get evaluted for your disc prblm with good orthopaedic surgeon . May be new mri might be required.
First he will examine you. And corelate finding with old mri. If significant and your symptoms still same then he might ask fot new mri and accordingly plan for surgery if required ( only herniated disc removal ) .
Now days surgeron doing endoscopic disc removal at higher centres . Patient walks same day and all ok can be discharge same day and start hes activities with in few days. With some precautions for few months avoid bending and all.
Good results. No long stay . No scar.
But person doing should well trained in endoscopic spine surgery.

If nerve stretch tests are positive or you’re experiencing weakness while walking on toes or ankles- get it operated.
If there’s claudication pain - get it operated.
