My mom doesn't wash her hands properly. She dislikes touching water. Her phone also remains dirty as many times while eating food she picks up call. Sometimes she ends up rubbing dirty hands on her clothes while cooking.. Due to all this I have been feeling distressed as I keep trying to avoid touching those things which she touches like taps, bottles, phone, door handles etc.. but problem is sometimes she touches me then I told her not to do so she becomes upset wid me but she fails to get my point
Today she by mistake touched my shoulder and I have no other shirt to wear now hence my mind is triggered and feeling restless that my shirt is oily n impure now
