Dilated bilateral Fallopian tubes
Hello doc, I have been undergone a laproscopy for chocolate cyst of 8cm which was removed and my reports says both the tubes are " Mildly dilated" with free spill of ink..!! What does it mean??? It's been 2 cycles after my surgery I m on Clomid and getting good follicles and even my husband semen report is good then too I m not able to conceive?? What might b the problem?? All my other blood work is absolutely normal..it's been 4 yrs for my marriage and we are trying for our 1st baby..ua advices are highly recommended.. thank u..

Ur problem is endometriosis which is nt gud. Better u go for 3-6 cycles of IUI . If no conception thn ivf soon. N consult gud infertility specialist as it needs lot of counselling n education about d disease
