Dear sir We went to hospital( gastroenterology) for loss of appetite 13 days ago. Doctor done endoscopy and ultrasound abdomen. He gave some medication. Now she says some day hungry and another day not. I have attached endoscopy report. Please advice what to do?

It is gastritis due to H.pylori. it needs long term medication and lifestyle modifications. 1. Timely meals 2. Timely sleep 3. Plenty of fruits and vegetables 4. Plenty of oral fluids 3-4L/day 5. To avoid: oily/ spicy/ non veg food and all kinds of addictions
