Difficulty to getup morni
I get sleep in the night very late & i feel difficulty to get up early in the morning, i feel very drouzy in the morning. & i have week memory & less alertness. Kindly suggest me remedy to increase memory power & also to get up early in the morning with alertness

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Every person requires atleast 7-8 hours of sound sleep. So if you are sleeping late, its obvious that you will get up late. Have a light dinner and sleep a bit early. Set an alarm at what time you want to get up and after getting up, drink a cup of coffee. You can take capsule. Memorin twice a day after food.
