I am a college student. I have formed very bad habit(I don't know whether it is habit or disorder). I found waking up morning too difficult. I have tried everything from multiple alarms to all other things which can wake me up. But no result. I set the alarm counting 8 hrs for my sleep, but everyday I end up sleeping more than 9 hrs(sometimes 12 hrs). Still many times i feel sleepy throughout the day. Pls help me to reduce my sleep hours and feel energetic throughout the day.
