Better to opt for weight reducing diet instead of supplement. As obesity can due to many reasons 1. PCOD 2. Endocrine disturbance ( thyroid/ Diabetes) 3. Psychological problem 4. Low metabolism rate 5. Stress 6. Effect of medication 7. vitamin deficiencies So better way to reduce weight is to prepare the diet plan according to cause. And similarly supplement if prescribed if required.
