I am 5'3 ft 46kg woman and I want to gain some weight i love drinking lemon and honey water in the morning when I wake up..so will it hamper my weight gain?. I try to workout 5 days a week at home only with some dumbels I don't do cardio as I want to put on weight apart from I also eat healthy food... because I have pimple prone skin and I try to avoid junk and sugar. One more reason for drinking lemon water is to remove toxins so my skin gets clearer. So is it all ok ?
