Diet plan for PCOD & high insulin level
Dear sir/madam, I want a diet plan and things which should be avoided in my diet. I have PCOD but its lean PCOD and I also have high insulin levels. 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods . 4.
