Hi, Weight loss is based on a golden rule which she can follow- Small frequent meals i.e 2.5- 3 hourly. Also include more leafy vegetables, raw vegetables for salad with meals.Include protein rich foods like boiled or grilled skinless chicken, fish, egg whites, dals, Pulses and sprouts. Have 8-10 glasses of water per day and activity may not be possible due to pain .Include 10 mins of walk 3 times a day.
