I have the problem since 17. Initially I was treated with uv therapy and allopathic medicines. It was controlled completely for 2 years.
Last year again the flares started now using good moisturizer and controlling my food habits still the flares are not reducing.
Can you suggest food to consume

Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin condition. Though there is no scientific evidence to suggest that certain foods can exacerbate this. I would definitely recommend a healthy diet and lifestyle. Avoid smoking, junk foods and alcohol. Some foods such as red meats gluten and diary have been occasionally reported to cause flares. I would not recommend to cut them all out but be watchful
