If you r pre diabetic or on border diabetic issue, than can eat by adding vegetables, nuts, pulses, but in low intake, may be its with vegetables but limited intake along with fruit +vegetables salad, juice, sprouts, butter milk....etc in general. Semolina vermicelli upma with lots of vegetables added in it is ok to have occassionally,
Also consider having Red poha instead of white poha and Masala oats is also ok...to have in pre diabetes...provided all these should be rich in fibre by inclusion of lots of seasonal vegetables in it..and home cooked especially.
