Hi doctors,
In the morning i took one glass warm dalchini water and after that fruits in breakfast. Paneer with two chapatis in the lunch. Fir snacks I took almonds and walnuts.
In dinner i have khichdi. In the night half glass of milk with one date. Moreover, i do excercise in the morning which include kapalbhati and some yoga postures.
One question from my side
Is this diet sufficient for PCOD and to maintain oestrogen level in the body.
Pls help

No this is not sufficient Diet .
As pcod diet should me calorie based and according to your body need and body weight .
In Diet avoid milk and milk should be avoid as dairy can affect the insulin and hormone levels.
As for more milk production or for milk the hormones injection is given to animal .
