My son is 19 months old now. He loves eating sooji/rava ka halwa daily in the evening. So my concern is that is it ok to give him sooji/rava daily? Pls guide me. Suggest me some food menus that I can give to my toddler.

Try to introduce other foods in your child diet. Kids of this age has a sweet tooth and loves to swallow food rather than chewing. Rawa or sooji is not bad but if you give halwa it will cause tooth decay. Instead try other food like makhana or fruits or Paratha or dosa or cheela or egg.
