For reducing belly fat u hv to follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Do belly exercise. Apply gel and oil for massage. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

Regarding her fitness, need to be recover again,it requires nothing but some of efforts from your side. Take frequent & small meals, have a walk for 30mins morning & evening. The best thing u can directly chat with me for day to day hourly diet plan & exercise plan which she can efforts. I can understand the limitations of timing, which is common in our daily lives. Hello - bcoz of sitting long hours it is happening. And.sedentary lifestyle. - this is called as central obesity.. viseral fat aroud ornags.need to be carefull - it causes high. B.p / diabetes/ heart disease gout etc. - stop eating out void junck food - eat home made food and control portion size - maitain water intake . And ideal body weight. - start workout daily for 45 min ..only walking will not help stat yoga or tummy excercise 80% diet and 20% excercise  needs for prefect result..
