Hi Thank you for your enquiry Eating protein will not impair the fertility as such but eating healthy balanced diet at the same time is  essential when trying to conceive Eating balanced diet when planning pregnancy helps to prevent birth defects in baby and also helps you in having uncomplicated and healthy pregnancy Apart form that, you need to take folic acid daily . This will prevent baby having birth defects Folic acid is essential in diet and in form of tablets as well It is easily available over the counter Apart from that, you should be aware of 1 fertile days in your cycle 2 natural ways to maximise the chances of conception For further information on optimising natural fertility, you can arrange preconceptional appointment.
