Diet and nutrition
I weigh 45.7kg and height 154cm.I am hitting gym everyday.but after that my muscles gets sore and some pain is there. I have thyroid also. So I am afraid to take any protein powder as most of them contains soy in it which triggers the thyroid more. Last time when I checked my thyroid it was under control but still I have irregular periods. Maybe because of less blood in my body. I get my BMI checked it is range. My diet usually contains clean food-paneer,chicken,fruits,daal,green veggies( all homemade).I don't eat bahar ka khana. Should I take protein powder or not? If yes, which one should I take? Please suggest. I want to build muscles. Also it shouldn't affect my health. Earlier i was taking HealthKart my first protein( as I was a beginner) My fat percentage in body is 23 and muscle 32.7
