Can i eat soaked Black Chana and Moong daal every morning?? Because I have been eating black gram and moong dal every morning for 3 months. Is it safe???

Try to change the variation of moong dal and black Chana.. Yes both are good for your health.. Instead of soaking, try sprouting them.. Or you can even soak overnight and toss them as salad with veggies which will help to fulfill your Fibre requirement.
