My mandibular wisdom tooth was removed yesterday. What must be my diet today and for this whole week? Can i eat chapati and bhaji?

Dear sir, Please take soft diet for three days. Try not to chew from the side where the tooth was removed. Also, begin with warm saline rinses specially after meals. Relax, your gums will heal soon.

After three days, you can start with normal diet from the opposite side.

Of course you can chapati & bhaji ....u should take soft food for next 3-4 days....avoid hard stuff for next 7 days ....rinse properly after every meal

Today onwards u can have normal food. Avoid chewing hard items on that side.
