Diet after covid recovery
Dear sir, I am male. 33 years old. My weight is 100kg. No blood pressure. No diabetes. No any underlying condition. My current oxygen level is 95 and my current pulse is 115 per min. I have been infected with sars-2 covid virus on May 23. I have been admitted in hospital on May 25. My CT score was 20/40 on June 1. I have been discharged from hospital on June 7. I took 12 days home rest after discharge. Now all my symptoms went away. But, when I walk upstairs means, I am experiencing fast breath and fast heart beat. It would be really grate full if you are able to answer me below question. 1. Can I eat non veg now? 2. If yes, what are the items can I eat in non veg? 3. Can I eat deep oil fried chickens? 4. Or can I eat chicken prepared from oven? 5. If no means, when can I start eating non veg? Regards, Dilip

You can eat non veg but not fried ones.. Consume more of lean meat like chicken, fish or egg whites.. The preparation should be simple, non-oily and healthy.. Prepare stew with vegetables which will add variety and increase Fibre content

Greetings for the day!!   You can include non veg foods in your diet. Include chicken, fish and egg whites regularly. All forms of the non veg foods can be taken except fried items. Along with non veg also have lots of fruits and vegetables to reduce the inflammation. Thank you
